Breathworks was founded by Vidyamala, Sona and Ratnaguna, out of their wish to help people who are suffering through pain, illness and other stressful life challenges, through sharing mindfulness and compassion practices.  We have grown into a diverse team, which both honours our founding inspiration in the Buddhist tradition and welcomes new team members from all backgrounds who share our ethos.
