Here are a few general resources around what it is to be a Mitra to get you started, as well as some great background on Triratna itself.

You can read an online version of the Dharma Training Course Guide, and get more detail about the general structure of Triratna. Or try exploring our timeline, and read more about our history over the past 50 years.

Thanks for setting up this space for Mitras, I hope it will help connect us, particularly those Mitras who live in areas remote from any Sangha/Mitra group, a great idea :)

Thanks, Stella! We hope so too! And look out for more resources through the rest of this year.

A very big thank you to all who have worked so hard on updating the Mitra Study.  I was very impressed when I did the first two years while I was in Cambridge with a wonderful Mitra group.  I am looking forward to finishing the course or even starting over again. It is a treasure for those of us who have no centre near by. I now live in Brisbane, Australia and the nearest centre is one and a half hours away.  SADHU!
