Meditating in the Mandala: An Embodied Approach to Awakening
A series of seven guided meditation workshops with Tejananda, working with our body, heart and mind.

Attend any or all meditations. Approximately 60 mins each, in Zoom. If you can’t attend the live meditations, you’ll find pre-recorded versions as part of the daily retreat materials, to use in your own time.

In these meditation workshops we’ll take a body-based approach to the five principles; that is, one based in the living energy of our body and being. Through being open to the energy of the body, and by becoming attuned to its actual nature, we’ll discover ways to integrate all five principles into a single, embodied experience of ‘simply being’. Tejananda will lead you through daily meditations and inquiries, exploring in some depth the nature of our human experience.
