This is a three week course which will take place on Sunday afternoons - good for people who don’t have a free evening in the week.
It will start on Sunday 31st May, 1.30 - 5.00pm. There’ll be three talks over the three weeks, with time for discussion, a tea break, an introduction to meditation and a meditation session.
