Learn to meditate or go deeper
If you are new to meditation, you can learn two foundational Buddhist practices - mindfulness of breathing and metta bhavana (loving kindness) - which both help cultivate calmness and connection. We’ll discuss over tea, and have time for a second sit.
If you’d like to take your practice deeper, it’s a great chance to meditate with others, and to share and explore with experienced meditators.
