Hello we’ve been excited by our 21 day meditation for recovery and busy lives. Apologies to those of you who joined our community this week and have not been able to find the first week of meditations. We have just posted them for you now. These meditations are our trailer for our book, Eight Step Recovery - Using The Buddha’s Teachings to Overcome Addiction. We wanted to produce a selection of meditations and reflections that are bite size in length, so good if you find it hard to make time for meditation in your life. Each one is about 15 minutes long. Generally if people ask us about playing music when they meditate, We would advise against it. However, we think that there can sometimes be a place for music and we have tried putting together different sorts of music that relate to the theme of the meditation or that might support meditation. Let us know how you find it
