Our regular sangha evenings are held every Wednesday, on Zoom, from 7 to 9pm, suitable for people who know the Mindfulness of Breathing and the Metta Bhavana. We usually have a lightly led meditation and a talk and once a month we include a puja. We announce each week’s event, along with the Zoom code, in our regular mailings.
There’s a full range of opportunities to study the Dharma online with our local groups, Deal, Eastbourne, Hastings and Tunbridge Wells. They are all based around the published Triratna Dharma Study modules, the materials for which can be accessed at https://thebuddhistcentre.com/mitra/
All are completely free, though donations are welcome. Unless otherwise stated each course is mixed gender.
Year One is most suitable for complete beginners, it doesn’t assume any knowledge of Buddhism.
