Mon, 3 Jun, 2013 - 14:05Sangha mornings are occasions when regular practitioners of our centre and community come together to sit at the feet of the Buddha, explore his Dharma and endeavour to create Sangha. Saturday mornings commence with salutation of the shrine and the chanting of the refuges and precepts before engaging in meditation practice. There will be the opportunity to take part in a more introductory, led meditation in our downstairs shrine room, therefore newcomers are still welcome to attend.
