In this talk Viryanaga leads us through an exploration of praise and blame. He uses examples from the suttas, and from his own experience, to show how these worldly winds are usually related to actions.
Viryanaga discusses how it is not enough simply to resist the winds, but how we need to transform them. The session ends with a led reflection.
This talk was given at the Croydon Buddhist Centre as part of our regular Saturday Sangha morning.
