When we go on retreat we go into conditions that support not only our practice of meditation but other aspects of practice such as friendship, stillness and a relationship with nature.

Some people in the Buddhist Community I am part of (Triratna) choose to live to together in communities for these same reasons...

Since starting the Coogee Meditation Group with Padmadakini well over a year ago now, I have been convicted of the importance of having congruence in my life.
