Dear Coogee Meditators
To gain momentum in your meditation practice one often needs the support of like minded people. It’s important to make meditation something that happens regularly in your life – even a few minutes a day will make a profound difference to your mental states.
Two things that support meditation practice are friendships with other meditators and retreats and on that basis I’d like to warmly invite you to come along to two forthcoming events:
Our Retreat June 19 – 21 at Vijayaloka – our retreat centre just 40 minutes from Sydney. It will be a simple and beautiful time of meditation, relaxation and delicious food prepared for us by Carin Gala (brilliant healthy food cook). I’ve attached a flyer with more details.
