Summer Starts Today

If you spend some time around the cool waterfall of meditation you can stay chilled even in the hottest situations.

Meditation helps us keep a cool head and a warm heart

Don’t take our word for it though - you need to try it for yourself …….

And ……

We have a retreat this weekend where you can meditate and also swim in the beautiful Georges River which runs past our retreat centre in Minto Heights

There’s a really good group attending and if you’d like to join us just register by following this link.
