I’ve been trying to process what feels to be really important and somewhat pressing decisions regarding the big picture of my life organisation lately. I can get to a point where I sort of grind to a halt, immobilised by options …..
It’s easy for me to go to a stress place when this happens but fortunately the momentum of practice, and particularly the daily practice, cuts in and I see that there is a quiet, friendly place I can access where I am reminded that I am doing my best and that there is more space and more options than my ‘stress mind’ sees.
It is a subtle, gentle but profound place to be have access to
