I have a sly reason for dropping in this fresh thought about seeing meditation as a mini retreat so let me cut to the chase and say more about mini retreats at point 3 below:
1. I would so love as many of you as can make it to come on our Sangha Retreat October 14 - 16 at Vijayaloka (see picture above). I’m not sure what the theme will be yet but I’ll communicate this as the time draws closer. I’d also be really interested to hear your thoughts about what would make it irresistible for you to attend.
Vijayaloka is looking absolutely gorgeous at the moment and it would be most excellent to share time there together. All levels of meditation will be catered for.

2. Women’s Study on Thursday night at the Sydney Buddhist Centre in Newtown is throwing open the doors to any interested women this coming Thursday night (Sept 8th). There will be short talks and video footage of Triratna activities.
