Meditation is a magic fix – only problem is that for most of us it’s a long and gradual process of applying ourselves to the practices and slowly seeing our habits change from ones that dissipate into ones that nurture and support us.
In our Thursday night classes you have the opportunity to ground and deepen two traditional Buddhist meditation techniques which will calm your mind and make you increasingly emotionally robust.
The inspiration and regularity of meditating with others will remind and encourage you to establish your own private practice between classes.
This week we will be doing the Mindfulness of Breathing practice followed by question and answers and discussion around the third of the traditional hindrances to us in both life and meditation – Restlessness and Anxiety
