An Invitation

Dhammalata
Celebrate Earth Hour Together
Care for ourselves and each other definitely encompasses care for our planet.
To meditate on breath brings mindfulness. To meditate on kindness opens the heart and closes the illusory space between self and other.
So ………… I’m excited to announce that our second Coogee Meditation Group dinner and observance of Earth Hour will take place at the Croquet Club on Saturday March 28th
It’s going to be a BYO vegetarian feast followed by a screening of ‘I am’ which has been highly recommended to us by Vanessa
We’ll have dinner by candle-light to honour and observe Earth Hour and then watch the program together
We’d love it if you can join. I’ll send more details about what to bring next week but please put it into your diary!
We’ll start at 7 pm and it will be at the Croquet Club
Here’s a link to the trailer – I can’t wait to watch it!

Thursday 7 – 8.30 pm led by Jim
Sunday 8 – 8.50 am
Much Metta
Dharmalata and Padmadakini
