A simple way of capturing the benefits of meditation is to say that it is slowing down for long enough to take notice – stopping and seeing.
Meditation is a means of creating more creative space in our experience so that we can notice, reassess and make creative choices.
It is a simple yet profound tool to completely change the way we experience life.
I hope you can make it along to our meditation this week:
Thursday 7 – 8.30 pm
Sunday 8 – 8.50 am (followed by Dharma Study for those doing the current course)
Also a reminder that we have our film night and BYO (to share) vegetarian dinner this Saturday night (June 13th)
