Last Thursday night when talking to  the group after meditation Ratnavyuha used the phrase ‘Cleaning the lens’ when describing the value of meditation. It helps us to see more clearly and have a less distorted take on life.

Meditation helps us cut through a great deal of the complexity that we bring to our experience of life and fosters stability and simplicity.

I hope you can join us for meditation this week (please see invitation / request below)

Thursday    7 – 8.30 pm

Sunday        8 – 8.50 am

Monday     Sunrise meditation on the beach in Coogee 6.15 am

NB: This Monday’s Sunrise Meditation is going to be filmed by an American film crew who are running a story about a copper covered cottage that I rebuilt in Coogee a couple of years ago. It’s for a show called ‘Tiny Houses’ which is a sequel to a very successful first season. But it will be a real meditation and if you can come along and help us make a pretty picture that would be much appreciated. I will be bringing cushions, stools and blankets

Please RSVP if you can make it
