Dear Coogee Meditator
Just a quick one this week. I’ve had a couple of conversations lately in which the heroic nature of change came up. The Buddhist tradition teaches that to change oneself at a fundamental level; to take on one’s unhelpful habits and refine and transform them is a very big challenge. But whilst it is difficult it is profoundly worthwhile.
Meditation is one of the very best ways to support our intention to change for the better

Reason for the change is that this Saturday clashes with Padmasambhava puja at the Sydney Buddhist Centre (to which you are all very welcome 7 pm)
