Throughout the Buddhist tradition, from the Buddha onwards, patience (kshanti) has always been praised as an essential virtue in Buddhist practice. In this talk Padmavajra will explore how we can practice patience in many different areas: in relation to other people, ourselves and to life itself. He will also look at patience as wisdom.
