From December 8 to 10, participants from Pune, Mumbai, and Nagpur immersed themselves in Anapanasati and Metta practices. Recently Dh Vimaldhamma has done solitary retreat. It was very pleasant to have him as very old friend from Ulhasnagar. Today is also Dhammic Birthday of him as all Order member of Dhamma Batch of 1994.

Similarly a mitra from Panvel center Sudarshan Gajbhiye did solitary in same period.

Basic Buddhism Introduction retreat led by Kalewadi center. Subject for retreat was The Way to Good Life from Buddha and His Dhamma.

Talks given by Dh Upayraja on same. Retreat was supported by Dh. Anandbodhi, Dhni. Shilvati and other order members from Kalewadi center.

It was good to see Dhammachakra Pravartan Sutta study under Bodhi Tree.

Around 85 retreatant were present....
