This inspiring workshop is a collective exploration of a work of art featuring in the Tantra: Enlightenment to Revolution exhibition, currently on display in The British Museum. Offering a lively mix of short practices and presentations, this workshop promises to be as colourful as the painting we will look at in detail.
What to expect?
This fundraising workshop will be a mix of short guided meditations, slow looking and listening, art historical presentation, interaction in small groups or pairs, larger group discussion, contemplation and reflective writing. There will be a 15 minute break half way through the workshop. Please make sure you have some writing gear at hand, and if the spirit moves you, materials for drawing.
