Coming Home

What?

A day of practice to settle the mind and come back to the heart with Rijumitra who lives and teaches at the Vajraloka Retreat Centre.

The Vajraloka Meditation Centre is run by a team of men who have decided to live here in North Wales and dedicate themselves to their meditation practice. The team is known for its friendliness and hospitality. We are all committed Dharma practitioners with many years of Buddhist practice behind us, the fruits of which we are always willing to share with our guests or with other centres.

We’ll explore why “access concentration” or perhaps more simply “presence” is important and how it’s often more available than we think it is.

When?

4th December, from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm.

Where?

Online, on Zoom, however there will be breaks from the screen in order to rest, reflect and take the teaching deeper.

How much?

Fully waged: £50

Part waged:  £35

Unwaged:     £15

Please book your place here, you will be sent your Zoom access code a few days before the course starts.

NB: The Cardiff Buddhist Centre is a charity whose aims include widening access, if you would like to attend but the cost is prohibitive, please contact the office to discuss (connect [at] cardiffbuddhistcentre.com).
