Come along for a sociaable evening in good company of the sangha, and help contribute to the Centre’s funds along the way. Tickets on the door £8/£5, 7.30pm
Tue, 7 Aug, 2012 - 00:10If you’d like to give some time to help the Centre, we need volunteers this Wednesday and Thursday to help with the shop redecoration project. The floor is looking lovely, many thanks to Martin & Kumuda; now we’d like the walls refreshed. It can be fun to work together, and satisfying to feel you’ve made a difference. We have 2 hour sessions from 10.30 and 2.00 each day - let us know if you could help.
Sat, 7 Jul, 2012 - 16:10A course for those who are new, or relatively new to meditation, and would like to get to know meditation practices, understand how to work in meditation, and create the foundations of a regular practice. During the series there will be practice, guidance, exercises and plenty of time for questions.
