We will be collecting non-perishable food and toiletries donations for the Islington Centre for Refugees & Asylum Seekers. There will be a donation point in the reception area.
BAM! Early Morning Meditation
Wednesdays 07:30 - 08:30 on Weds 1, 8, 15, 22 and 29 June
In our early morning practice we will be drawing attention to different aspects of connectedness within the themes of Buddhist Action Month

Planting bee friendly plants in local tree pits
Closing meditation and ritual
BAM! Meditate in the Highbury Fields Sunday 26 June 13:00 -14:00
Meditate in the park for peace. Taking our practice out into the world to raise awareness around the UK vote on Trident renewal. Our teacher Sangharakshita expresses quite clearly how seriously he takes the issue of nuclear disarmament and calls on us to act.
BAM! Closing Ritual Friday 1 July 19:30 - 21:30
Our regular Friday evening class will allow us the opportunity to review our intentions and actions over the course of BAM and ritually dedicate our merits to the benefit of all beings.
